Track your Order at UPS
To provide you with speedy and prompt delivery of your order, we utilize the services of UPS to deliver to your home or business. We stock all the items we sell and normally ship within 2 business days (Monday to Friday). The price you pay includes shipping insurance. Delivery time is usually 3 to 7 business days, depending on how far you are from our warehouse in Arlington, Texas.
After we ship, UPS will email you directly the tracking numbers and an estimated day of delivery. Unfortunately, a large number of these emails get "blocked" by spam protection programs and you do not receive them. However, you can use this page to see the status of your order after it has shipped from our warehouse. All you need to do is enter the first and last name of the person you requested to receive the package. So if we are shipping to Jane Doe, just enter Jane Doe and then click on the "Go to UPS.com to track your order" button. This will re-direct you to www.ups.com and provide you with a tracking update.
If you already have received the tracking numbers and want to check on the latest status of your order, just enter the tracking number or numbers on the following form and this will also take you to UPS.com for an update.
