I live in Dallas - can I order and pick up from you?
Pick ups are available by appointment in Arlington, TX. ( Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details). We do not have a showroom so you cannot see this item on display. All purchases need to be paid for prior to pick up. There is no pick up fee. What is the cancellation policy?
If we are able to cancel your order before it is shipped, there is no charge. (However, please be advised that we do ship very quickly from our large warehouse inventory). We regret we cannot cancel orders after they ship. Can you customize the patio furniture?

No - shipping insurance as well as "bubble wrapping" of your patio furniture to prevent shipping damage is included in the shipping charge. What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover), paypal, money orders and cashiers checks. Sorry, no personal checks. You can also use the Google payment system, Google Wallet. Can I only pay on-line?
Yes, we do not accept phone orders. How soon do you charge my credit card?
Credit cards are charged at time of order. How do you protect my credit card information?
We utilize the merchant services of Pay Pal to process all of our online shopping cart transactions. They do not provide us with any credit card data, except details of the item(s) you ordered, your shipping address and email address for us to use to confirm your UPS tracking data. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground delivery. How soon do you ship after I place my order?
UPS pick up from us Monday to Friday. Normally, your item will ship within 2 business days of us receiving payment for the order. (for example, pay Monday morning - UPS pick up Tuesday evening: pay Friday evening - UPS pick up Monday evening) What are your shipping charges?
For shipments of patio furniture to the 48 contiguous US States, we always offer FREE SHIPPING. When can I expect delivery?
You can normally expect the UPS delivery to arrive 3 to 7 business days from day of shipment - depending on the distance you live from Arlington, Texas. UPS will email you the UPS tracking numbers the day after the order is picked up by UPS (don't forget to check your spam folder!). You can track the shipment on our website at www.UPS.com or at www.UPS.com Can you ship to APO / FPO addresses?
Sorry, we cannot ship to APO / FPO addresses as our cartons are too large. Can you ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or Canada?
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or Canada. It is very expensive for the bulky items we sell + there are too many complications, delays in shipping, and lost items. Will I save if I order more than one set of furniture?
Due to the large size of the cartons (max dimensions and weight for UPS) we cannot combine shipments. However, please email us so we can review your multiple item order to see if there is an opportunity to offer a volume discount.

What is the returns policy?
Items are inspected before shipping and insured with UPS at no extra charge in case of damage during the shipping process. Shipping damage must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods to enable us to claim from UPS and replace the damaged part. Returns are permitted for items that have not been assembled and are in their original packaging - refund will be cost of goods less a 25% handling fee (minimum restocking fee of $10) to cover our actual costs of shipping and handling your order. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the goods to us. Unless specifically stated, there are no Manufacturers warranties. What happens if the item is delivered damaged?
In the rare situation that you experience damage in the shipping process, do not refuse the delivery as all items are insured . Please notify us within 3 days of the receipt of delivery if you experience any damage - we will file a claim with the carrier and replace any damaged parts as quickly as possible. To expedite the claims process, please email us a photo of the damaged part, along with it's part number from the instruction sheet. It is also very important that you keep the damaged part and all of the packaging as we will need this for the claims process with UPS If I do not like the product, can I return it?
Returns are permitted for items that have not been assembled and are in their original packaging - refund will be cost of goods less a 20% handling fee (minimum restocking fee of $10) to cover our costs of shipping and handling your order. The customer is responsible for the actual shipping charges to return the goods to us. Can I refuse the delivery if I do not want the item?
Yes, you can refuse the delivery if you decide after we have shipped the order that you do not want the item. However, you will be responsible for the return UPS shipping costs and also the re-stocking fee as outlined in our Return Policy. If UPS are unable to deliver due to wrong shipping information?
UPS will contact you direct if they are unable to deliver to the address you provided to us when you ordered. If UPS cannot deliver your order, they will return your order to us. You will be refunded less the return shipping costs and the 25% handling fee.
